Chapter One- Regulus's Mission

It has been weeks since the Constellation Bureau had been attacked by their leader who betrayed them. The large corridors were still haunted by the scent of boming smoke and beams of star lasers. Only the clacks of one pair of heels were heard amongst the silence. Darkness controlled the sight of a familiar being who had reopened the abandoned bureau.

Phact sighed and smiled as she turned to her commerades whom were still ashtonished that their home were still in tact. A chubby pirate stumbled up the steep stairs with a bottle of parchments in his hand. He stopped next to Columba's guardian and gasped for air. When he saw the moss inhabitant building, he stroked his blue beard from ashtonishment.

"Bless the builder's soul!" The pirate yelled, swiping some of the moss with his sleeve. "You're right, Phact! That ghoul of a woman didn't destory the place after all!"

The young woman giggled. "Of course not, Argo! I do not think she's strong enough to do so. It is made of  crystal, after all."

"Ay, don't be such a smartie lass there, Phact! You're not really a genius when it comes to map reading! You got my crew and I lost in the Crab Nebula on our way here!"

Phact blushed. "Well, that's the past; plus, we're here, aren't we?" The light blonde hair girl pushed the ash doors and saw the enterance hall from the light of the nearest. "So, let us step inside, dear guardian and see what has happened to this place."

The pirate was a little reluctant as the happy guardian walked freely passed the tall doors. He gulped and dashed inside to keep up with her. Of course, going inside a dark place might not be a great idea from the start, so Argo thought.

"Hey, Phact," Argo whispered, seeing what looked like cobwebs on the pink quartz chandeliers above them. "Don't you think we ought to go back? I mean...what if SHE'S in here?"

"What?"

"Think about it! Ah, blast the echoes in this! Let me share you my thoughts. Perhaps the reason why Galaxia didn't destroy this place is because this may be her home now! This could be her own palace we're intruding!"

"Are you out of what's left of your disillusional mind?" She laughed as she moved forward. "Our Galaxia maybe brainwashed by this Chaos fellow, but rest assurred; she would NEVER think of turning this place into rubble!"

"Eh...would Chaos destroy this place?" The very question stopped Phact from going any further. She turned to Argo who twidded his thumbs. "Well, would it, Phact?"

Phact stared at the dusty table which once was their assembly place for minor discussions. She walked to the table and noticed a digi book covered with vines. She turned it on and saw a  family tree. Toward the bottom of the page was her old friend, Regulus. And beside him; his sisters, Solaria and Tirgana. Surrounding Solaria's branch were golden words in Reguglus's native tonuge which translated, "May she exist in your hearts forever. Long live the queen."

"Poor Regulus," Phact cried, putting the book down and turned it into a hologram, "He's STILL in mourning of his elder sister after all these millennia."

"I don't blame the man, Phact," Argo said, staring at the picture of the smiling mature woman. "She looks like Regulus! The golden hair, the light brown eyes, the dark skin. The only difference between the siblings, of course is she has a round face. That means she had a heart of gold, that one!"

"Who has a heart of gold, Captain?" A young woman cried out, scarring poor Argo out of his wits. It was one of his crew and a guardian of Carnia. When she saw the picture of Soloria, her face brightened. "Oh, do my eyes deceive me? Is that one of the queens of the Star Brigade?"

"Canopus!" Argo cried, still shaken from that little scare. "Don't frighten me when my back is turned! The last time someone did that, a candle fell on my big belly!"

"My apologies, Capt. Argo! I just came here to tell you...SHE'S here!"

"What??" Phact and Argo ran to the young guardian with twisty hair and grabbed her sea green shoulders. "Galaxia has returned?!"

"Well, yes. Last week when that bright light shower appeared, it was SHE that actually lead them...to their rightful owners."

Phact smiled hugged Canopus. "I KNEW IT!! GALAXIA HAS COME BACK COMPLETELY! Ha! I told you she can come back to her old, helpful self, didn't I, Argo?"

Argo growled. "You're being a smartie lass again! Don't push your luck!"

"Where is she?" Phact asked Canopus, ignoring Argo all together. "Is she here?"

"Not yet, but she will be. If we're lucky, maybe the rest of the guardians will return here and greet her as well!"

Phact squealled with joy and danced. "Why are we standing here? We need to go back outside and see our dear friend!"

"YARGH!" The pirate yelled, seeing Phact and Canopus running through the hall. "That means we have to go down those cursed stairs!"

A moment later, three guardians stared at the marbled dock near the center of the galaxy, waiting for Galaxia's arrival. They noticed other ships preparing to dock. They were the guardian ships, filled with royalty and other star guardians. Phact stared foward to the multi colored sky and saw a light that glowed, coming toward the planet. Within the light was a woman with flowing rainbow hair. She has returned.

"That's her!" Phact pointed to the light. "Galaxia's returned! Isn't she gorgeous?"

Argo saw the woman with the rainbow hair with golden eyes and a beautiful smile he knew all too well. "Yeah, she has returned all right...she's back to her old self just like you said she would."

When Galaxia set foot on the dock, many people ran and greeted her with open arms. There were cheerful yells that translated to "Welcome home!" "We are glad you've come back one hundred percent!"

"Galaxia!" Phact cried out, hugging her leader, "Oh, it has been ages since we last saw you!"

Galaxia laughed out and hugged her friend back. "It's glad to BE back, Phact!" She looked at Argo and smiled even wider. "Argo! You've changed! Have you lost weight?"

"What?" Argo blushed. Then he bursted out laughing. "Welcome back, you star flatterer! Now I KNOW you've back, dear lass! No one would ever comment on my weight, let alone encourage me to lose it!"

Galaxia saw lots of people who greeted her, but there was one that she wanted to see and yet has not in her presence. "Phact," she said, "Where is Regulus?"

"Regulus?" Phact blinked her pink eyes. "Um...well, let's see. There's Dubhe right next to Acrux...Oh, and there's Altair with Peacock! Wow! I didn't expect that...are they kissing?!"

"PHACT!" Galaxia and Argo yelled, stopping Phact from staring any further. Argo turned to the tall and slender guardian. "Galaxia, why do you want to see Regulus?"

"Oh, Argo, he's the only person I could trust with...oh, I don't want to bother you with these problems."

That statement made the pirate guardian more puzzled. Phact notice a familiar face outside the crowd. There was Regulus with a solemn face, staring at Galaxia, his eyes darkened with vengence. From that expression, Phact knew he hasn't forgetten his last encounter with Galaxia. How she transformed in front of the entire Guardian assembly and betrayed them by wounding their bodies and pride. Regulus got the worst of it on the count of he fought her the most.

Phact ran to the hurtful guardian, pushing the other people. "Regulus!" She yelled. She broke free from the crowd and panted from the ordeal. "Regulus, please! Don't do anything you'll be sorry for!"

Regulus was silent, walking toward the rainbow haired woman. Phact ran after him, seeing a tiny dagger under his belt sheath. "Oh no, Regulus," She cried, going back into the crowd. "You're not intending to...NO! You can't kill her! She's changed!"

"She has for the worst, Phact." Regulus said quietly. "She's a traitor. Don't anyone see that?"

"Apparently, you're clouded with your pride! The people are cheering for Galaxia's return because she's no longer a slave of Chaos!"

"I'll be the judge of that!" Regulus charged out of the crowd and held a dagger to his former friend. "Galaxia! You're a fraud! I know you're scheming to take over this galaxy! I believe a fight is in order, don't you agree?"

Galaxia was stunned, as did everyone else. Argo jumped over Canopus, seeing Regulus in rage. Galaxia did not respond to Leo's guardian for a long while. "What?" Regulus pushed his dagger to her peach neck. "You're too high and mighty to speak to your former friend? And don't act so surprised! I know you're faking!"

Galaxia's throat swelled and tears came out of her eyes. "I hurt you, didn't I?"

"What? Oh, like you don't know! Perhaps your memories of me has been erased!"

"No! I did remember, Regulus." She pulled her hair behind her ears and trembled her lips. "And...I was wrong. I must apologize for my awful doings. Chaos...it just controlled me all too much. I believe I slowly let it proceed through me all these centuries later. And I must be reconciled by my injustice towards all of my people. If it means my life as a price, then I must meet my demise by your hands, Regulus."

Galaxia's golden eyes gave out a shining glow, revealing to Regulus her true self. He then lowered his dagger and put it back to his belt. He gave his commerades a tiny smile. "Welcome back, Galaxia. You'd rather die than to live on with your sins. That's enough."

"He's gone soft!" Argo yelled and Phact bopped his head. "Quiet, Argo!"

"Your intuition is impressive from the last time we've met, Regulus." Galaxia bowed with respect. "I'm really proud of you. Now, we must speak privately."

The other guardians backed away as their leader walked to the bureau. Regulus felt puzzled as he walked behind her. A few minutes later, they were in west wing within the bureau's walls. The room was lit bright green as both Galaxia and Regulus sat down in a private meeting room. A windows were dim so no one could see them. Regulus was wondering what Galaxia was about to say as she dropped a small disk on the black glass table.

"What's this?" Regulus asked. Galaxia encouraged him to open it with a hand gesture. When he grabbed the disk and unfolded it and it revealed a shining light with a woman different from Galaxia. "Who is that?"

"This," Galaxia replied, "is the woman who saved me from Chaos. Well, not just me; she has saved the entire Milky Way Galaxy. I am forever in her debt."

"As do we all, Madam." Regulus concured. "So, does this warrior have a name?"

"Yes. She goes by the name of Sailor Moon. Her home is on the third planet of the Solar System."

"Ah. No need to tell me the details, I'm quite familiar with that place."

Galaxia nodded, understanding Regulus's predictiment. "Well, Regulus, I have a feeling you'll be hearing more about her in the years to come. In fact, she may be the new leader of the Cosmos."

"What?! This...senshi?!"

"Now, Regulus, have you forgotten I am a Sailor Senshi as well? That little transformation of mine shocked you, didn't it?"

Regulus sighed. "It has. So, is that why we're seeing her? Is telling her her future my mission?"

"You're jumping to conclusions, Regulus. You cannot just travel to Terra and tell her instantly that she will be the leader of the Galaxy...well, not yet anyway. But you must give her and her senshi a warning."

Regulus arched one of his eyebrows. "I beg your pardon? I must warn her of a certain omen?"

"No. This is not an omen, but it is a concern that may result the fate of the Milky Way. Do you remember the shower of lights days back?"

"Of course. They're small meteiorites, aren't they? No, I just made a joke! I know exactly what they are; star seeds from the taken senshi."

"Precisely. One of them belongs to a particular senshi that was tainted by Chaos."

Regulus made a stern look. "I don't like where this is going. But, since it's coming from you, Galaxia, enlighten me. Who is this tainted senshi?"

"She is Sailor Heavymetal Papillon. According to my sources, she is one of the few senshi that is still under Chaos's control. And, to be sincere with you, she's one of the deadlier senshi anyone would face."

For a few moments, there was silence. A  mumbling behind the door broke it, losing Regulus's concentration. "So, let me guess; This Heavymetal Papillion is coming to Terra as her final target?"

"Actually, Regulus, it is her FIRST target since it has the strongest senshi...and come in, Phact. I know you're evesdropping. My ears are more acute than before."

The heavy door opened and Phact popped her head with a big smile and blushed cheeks. "Hi there! Um...about that little habit of mine..."

"Sit down, Phact. This concerns you as well. I have a mission to give you both."

"Cool!" Phact flopped on a soft chair next to Regulus. "Let's get down to business! What's our mission?"

Galaxia giggled. "I commend your enthusiasm, Phact. Well, the mission is simple. I want you two to go to Terra and regroup the senshi before Heavymetal Papillion sets foot there. It could be risky and some may not trust you at first. But if you give them time and then train them, they will be ready to fight again."

"Oh, is that all?" Phact felt dissapointed. "Just out of curiosity, Galaxia, when was their last battle, pray tell?"

"Well, the last time I saw them, it was a decade ago, their time."

Regulus stood and grabbed Phact's shoulder. "Well, it that is all, we shall accomplish our mission and fight that tainted senshi. If that thing shows up at any given time, we'll be ready."

"Wait, Regulus," Galaxia cried, seeing the two gaurdians walking out of the room. "There is one more thing. While I was leaving Terra, I saw new star seeds going the opposite direction."

"Okay, meaning?" Phact asked, slapping Regulus's hand from her shoulder. Galaxia chuckled. "Meaning there will be more sailor senshi on Terra than there was ten years ago. That is the second part of your mission."

Phact was flabbergasted. "Wow. So not only we have to regroup the old senshi back together, but we also have to find...MORE senshi?"

"I think you got that in a nutshell, Phact." Regulus said, turning around and walked out of the room. As he turned left, he eyed his friend and added, "To be frank, with that look on your face, you ARE a nutshell!"

"WHAT?!" Phact dashed out of the room and ran after Regulus. "YOU COME BACK HERE AND SAY THAT AGAIN!"

Galaxia laughed as the two guardians ran out of the bureau and into the marbled harbor. "Just like old times. I'm very glad that I'm back. Oh, I do hope Regulus and Phact can make it to Terra safely and find the senshi. The fate of the galaxy depends on them."

Regulus jumped on the dock, followed by the very distraught Phact. They passed Argo quickly, almost making him fall in the blue water below him. "HEY! What the...PHACT! REGULUS!"

Both guardians stopped and saved Argo from falling. Argo readjusted his favorite hat and looked at the panting friends. "What the eblugian's name is going on around here? What did Galaxia say to you that made you run like that?!"

"No time to explain," Regulus cried. "We'll tell you everything once we hit Terra."

"Oh, okay-WHAT?? TERRA! That's light years away! It'll take ya about eons to travel that far!"

"Not with my ship, we're not!" Phact cried. "It goes about fifty billion gigameters per seconds. With the star control panals AND the built in burst propellers which Scarlentos installed, Regulus and I will enter Terra's atmosphere within a week!"

"Scarlentos? That new Vulpecula guardian? And again with the smartie lass mode? What's gotten into ya with all this smarts?"

"Not now, Argo!" Regulus replied, grabing Phact by the arm. "We really have to go!" Both guardians rushed to Phact's turquiose ship with the silver wings shining as the sun hit against them. Argo chased after the two, trying to warn one of them something, but the engine out rang Argo's breathe. And in the next few seconds the small vessel ascended to the multi colored sky and vanished. Argo fell on the marbled dock and stared at the vapor trail.

"Oh no," Argo said, shaking his head. "Regulus has a handful on him. I tried to warn him, but NO, he has to have that sweet and lovable Phact and all her faults! Ah well, he'll find out Phact's not good at reading maps the hard way!"

Argo brushed his hat and sat back up and whistled as he walked back to the bureau, leaving the marbled dock.
Aloha, good deviants! This is my very first chapter of the Millennium Senshi Chronicles! I really hope you'll enjoy it! I always thought the anime didn't actually bring Takeuchi's work some justice! So, I just brought up Takeuchi's Heavymetal Papillion to life in these chronicles. They'll be more of her and the little known senshi later on.

And yes, Galaxia has a heart in this story (all thanks to Sailor Moon of course, but guys already knew that!) She too is Takeuchi's creation!

So, on that note, I'll give you the heads up on the next chapter (not a spoiler mind! I don't want to give you ALL the details) Regulus and Phact are on their way to Terra, but there will be a few distractions along the way...plus, Phact discovers a few things about their new enemy. All this and more on "Chapter two: The tainted senshi"!

 See you soon!

Chapter Two: The Tainted Senshi...
An astroid floated in deep space. On it, a lone figure stood, waiting for its orders from its leader. It stared at the stars from the constellation Lyra. The brightest of them all, Vega, shined devinely like a pearl on a galactic pendent. For this creature, the star mocked it.
"Are you still enraged with your previous home, Platinum Wasp?" A voice filled its head, its huge teal eyes perked up from its leader's chilling voice. It smirked.
"Heavymetal Papillion," it said in a throaty, scratchy tone, speading its mouthpiece. "It's so good to hear your thoughts once more."
"I do wish I could say the same, Wasp. Unfortunately, yours are not so clean."
"You have no idea WHAT the Vega has done to me! I, a single Vega senshi that wants to change the planet, has been reduced to rubble and then been put into exhile by my one team! And why? Because their leader, Cerais, came back and SHE turned on me...like I was the one that killed
